Instructions

  3. Toss with seasonings: Place the cut potato wedges along with olive oil, minced garlic (or garlic powder), onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt into a large resealable bag or large bowl. Seal the bag and shake well to evenly coat all wedges with the seasoning mixture.
  4. Arrange and bake: Spread the coated potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet to ensure even cooking. Bake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes, flipping the wedges once halfway through baking to promote crispy edges on all sides.
