Instructions

- Cook the Rice: In the same pan, add the uncooked white rice, chicken broth, lemon juice, and the remaining 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning. There is no need to clean the pan first to retain the flavors from the chicken.
- Simmer Together: Place the browned chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture. Cover the pan and simmer over medium-low heat for 25 minutes until the rice has absorbed the liquid and is tender, and the chicken is fully cooked.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro and lemon wedges if desired. Serve immediately for a comforting and flavorful meal.
